As COO of Touchstar, Rick provided the technological and operational vision that drove TouchStar and changed the Predictive Dialing Industry. He engineered the installation of Call Center platforms in five different countries, on four different continents.
As a pioneer in the VOIP industry he provided the vision for the hosted delivery of call center services and under his direct supervision, the hosted TouchStar business grew from its inception in 2005 to the largest revenue source at TouchStar by the end of 2009. Rick attended the University of Colorado where he studied Chemistry.

Mr. Rieple joined Telformance in September of 2013 as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings strong sales leadership and a history of driving sales and marketing organizations to exceptional results.
With over fifteen years of sales and senior management experience in premise software, Software as a Service and Communications as a Service, he is uniquely suited to drive the revenue engine for Telformance.
Prior to joining Telformance, Rieple served as the Vice President of Sales for LiveVox, Inc., Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TelStar, Inc. and Global Director of Sales for TouchStar Software. Mr. Rieple holds a BA in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Economics from Colorado State University

Over the last 10 years, Saul has designed his own gateways, created virtual server management tools, developing his own hosted call center solution with predictive dialing, IVR, call routing, voice broadcasting and more.
